The above rates (*Group rates) shall apply and are subject to a 12% sales and accommodation tax. All guests are required to present a valid photo ID upon check-in. Any additional guests will ned to be listed on the reservation or they will be denied access to the guest room. A $10 surcharge will be applied to eah third and fourth adult occupying a room. A maximum of four (4) guests is allowed per room.

In addition to room and tax charges, Property has a mandatory daily Resort Fee of $14.99 plus tax (currently 12%) per room. Amenities include in room Wi-fi, Self-Parking, access to indoor Pool and Fitness Center (18 yrs. And older Fri thru Sun), in-room coffee, in-room refrigerator, and two (2) complimentary bottled waters. The Resort Fee and its inclusions are subject to change without prior notice.

HOTEL CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT

The Property’s check-in time is 4:00 PM and the check-out time is 11:00 AM.  Requests for early check-in and late check-out are considered on a “space availability" basis and cannot be guaranteed.  Early check-in requests will be honored only by purchasing the room the night prior to arrival.  Such reservations will be treated as shoulder dates to this Agreement and negotiated separately through the Property’s Sales Department. Individuals staying in their room beyond check-out time will be billed one (1) additional night’s stay. Late check-out is provided based on availability, although some charges may apply.  Luggage storageis available either for early arrival or late departure.

RESERVATION DUE DATE

Reservations by attendees and/or rooming list must be received on or before 8:00 AM on Friday, June 12, 2026. (the “Due Date”). After the Due Date. Property will review the reservation pickup for the Event, release any unserved rooms or general sale and determine whether it can accept additional reservations from the Group based on  a space and rate available basis at the Group’s Group Rate(s) after this date.      

METHOD OF RESERVATIONS

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS: (Must be made by Friday, 06/12/26. Call (888) 879-7711 for reservations by Friday, 06/12/26. Please identify yourselves as members of the Washington 50th Wedding Anniversary Group code : WAS703G in order to receive the Group Rate. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied with a first night room deposit or guaranteed by credit card.  Individual reservations that are not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night’s room and tax.
